The Board of the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) has restated its commitment to revenue generation and utilization. The Chairman of the Board, Chief Nduka Anyanwu made this known during the inauguration of the board late last month.
Anyanwu stated that with the support of his members, he will quickly set machineries in place to make the college more attractive to agencies within and outside of government.
Speaking, he said: “We shall do all we can to establish partnerships with State governments and government MDA’s, we shall pay them courtesy visits and do our best to sign MOU’s that will be beneficial to both the college and the States. Our intention is to run ASCON with a business mindset”
Anyanwu further reiterated the commitment of the board to reviewing the course processes of the institution to guarantee a more optimal learning experience to participants.
He called on government and private bodies to take the opportunities that ASCON provide to boost the capacity of its workforce and raise the intellectual standard of its human resource.
